Spa Etiquette
- All guests are required to book their appointments through HeavenScent.
- Your appointment time is reserved for you. Should you arrive late for your appointment, your services will need to be completed within the originally scheduled time in consideration of our next client.
- We request a 24 hour advance notice of cancellation or full charges will apply.
- Full charges will be applied for missed appointments.
- All packages and group bookings require a deposit with credit card number at the time of booking.
- We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your treatment so that you can begin to unwind.
- To minimize disruption to all clients, only the person receiving the treatment is allowed in the treatment room.
- Prices may change without notice.
- All weekend appointments will be pre-paid by credit card at the time of reservation
